Our eTimesheet system is an online facility allowing contractors to submit their hours electronically. It means that once they have completed their booking or got to the end of a week's work, they can quickly send in their timesheet without the need to hunt for the right person to sign it. All they need is access to the Internet and they can submit their hours online, anytime from their laptop or smartphone.
Both the contractor and client are automatically notified by email when a timesheet is submitted and again, when the hours have been authorised.
You can see the current and future bookings and also view a complete history of all work carried out for your organisation by audio visual contractors supplied by Jacobs Massey. You can also print out a copy of any timesheet for your own records whenever you wish.
