Our eTimesheet system is a simple-to-use online facility allowing contractors to submit their hours, and have them authorised by the client, electronically. The system is quick and easy to use and it only takes you a couple of minutes to fill out and submit your timesheet. All you need is access to the Internet and you can submit your hours online, anytime from your laptop or smartphone.
Using our eTimesheet system means that, once you have completed your booking or got to the end of a week's work, you can immediately send in your timesheet without the need to hunt for the right person to sign it or finding a fax machine to send it in to us.
Both the client and yourself are automatically notified by email when you submit your timesheet and, again, when your hours have been authorised.
You can see your current and future bookings and also view a complete history of the work you carried out on behalf of Jacobs Massey. You can also print out a copy of any timesheet for your own records whenever you wish.
